Key performance indicators

We have a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) through which we track the performance of Third Sector Design. These can be viewed on our dashboard.

They are as follows:

Financial

  • Turnover
  • Bank balance
  • Cost to turnover ratio
  • Billable hours

Project performance

These are based on client audits:

  • Average audit score across all clients
  • Number of clients scoring less than 60 in audits
  • Number of clients scoring more than 90 in audits
  • Length of time of open tickets
  • Number of tickets in backlog

Staff

Based on the biannual staff survey.

  • The average score out of 100 for all staff
  • Number of staff that scored less than last time
  • Number of staff that scored more than last time
  • Number of full-time equivalents (FTEs)
