Key performance indicators
We have a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) through which we track the performance of Third Sector Design. These can be viewed on our dashboard.
They are as follows:
Financial
- Turnover
- Bank balance
- Cost to turnover ratio
- Billable hours
Project performance
These are based on client audits:
- Average audit score across all clients
- Number of clients scoring less than 60 in audits
- Number of clients scoring more than 90 in audits
- Length of time of open tickets
- Number of tickets in backlog
Staff
Based on the biannual staff survey.
- The average score out of 100 for all staff
- Number of staff that scored less than last time
- Number of staff that scored more than last time
- Number of full-time equivalents (FTEs)
