Our aim is to be more strategic with the type of work we want to be doing. This can either be done through getting new clients or developing new work with existing clients we enjoy working with.

New Clients

  1. Initial evaluation of client - can we offer them anything?
  2. Why do we want to work with them?
  3. Contact client with a brief sales pitch and ask for interview
  4. Create a project proposal
