Client audits

We carry our audits on all of our client work and give them a score out of 100 based on the following factors:

  • What is their net promoter score (NPS)?
  • Was all work in the last 6 months completed on time?
  • Was all work in the last 6 months completed within budget?
  • How close are they to our preferred techology stack?
  • Did we set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the client?
  • Did we meet KPIs for the client?

Results of client audits are a Third Sector Design KPI.
