Contracting #

Once the proposal has been approved by the client, we put together a Consulting Agreement with them, where we outline the epics and budget agreed in the proposal. We have a standard set of T&C but we always ask them to have a read of this and check if they want to make any amendments. Once they are happy, they send us back a signed agreement.

Unless they require a lot of changes to our T&Cs, this should be fairly straight forward. Allow half a day for this.

Checklist #

• The Consulting Agreement has been signed by the client.
• For new clients have a Data Processor Agreement signed by the client.
